Information content of the register

Customer contact information and ordering information: last name, first name, title, department, company name, business ID, street address, zip code, city, country, telephone numbers and email address. A possible ban information on sending direct marketing to a customer. Information on customer quotations, orders, deliveries and invoices.

Regular sources of information

Contact and customer contact information for the registry is obtained from customer notifications to the registrar as and when the customer relationship is established. The prohibition of direct marketing is recorded on the basis of a separate notice from the customer.

How long will personal data be kept?

We will retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the Registry.

In addition, some information may be retained for longer periods to the extent necessary to fulfill statutory obligations, such as accounting and trade responsibilities.
